Submit an Abstract
Each Abstact Submission will be reviewed by a committee. Participants may submit more than one abstract. Abstract Submission deadline is March 29, 2019 (21:00 EST). Up to 20 short presentations will be selected for oral presentations in the Trainee Pre-Symposium. A number of presentations will also be considered for the main Symposium. Late abstracts (after March 29th) will be accepted for poster presentations only.
Each Abstract must contain:
Name of Presenting Author; Company or Affiliation; Name(s) of Contributing Authors; Title; Abstract body (250 words maximum). You will also be asked to select your choice of presentation format (multiple selections possible):
- poster presentation* during main symposium
- consider for a short talk in the trainee pre-symposium (registration required)
- consider for a short talk in the main symposium
- invited talk
*POSTER BOARD PRESENTATIONS: posters must not exceed 110cm by 110cm in size, but otherewise, presenter may choose the format they prefer
Both a current CNPN Membership and a valid Symposium ID# are required to submit your Abstract. This means that participants must first purchase (or renew) their CNPN Membership, and purchase a Symposium Registration before submitting Abstracts.
