The registration to the workshops is FREE for CNPN meeting participants but space is limited. Please send your name and the workshop you wish to attend to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The main symposium is limited to 200 participants. Participants must first purchase or renew their 2019 CNPN membership ($10 for trainee; $30 for general). Registration fees are non-reimbursable.
The Trainee Pre-Symposium is open to all students and postdocs who are also registered to the main symposium. For the pre-symposium, we will organize career talks, trainee short presentations and round tables. Up to 20 short presentations will be selected for short talks from abstracts submissions (deadline March 29). The pre-symposium will start on May 6th at 8:30am. The Trainee Symposium fees cover one breakfast, one lunch. A social event will be organized on Monday night (fees not covered by the registration). The hotel is not covered in the registration fees.
The Travel Awards are provided to support trainees coming from a Canadian institution (500$ outside the province of Quebec / 250$ within the province of Quebec). The awards are reserved for trainees (students or postdocs) who have submitted an abstract and are registered to both the Trainee Pre-Symposium and the main 2019 CNPN Annual Symposium. The awards will be allocated based on the submission order. To apply, send your application to email@example.com: indicate your Symposium Registration ID, the abstract title and institution name, as well as the name and email of the PI of the affiliated lab. There will a limit of two awards per lab.
The 2019 CNPN Symposium will start on May 6th at 4pm and will end on May 8th at 6pm. The CNPN Annual Symposium registration fee covers breakfasts and lunches on (May 7th and 8th) and access to the Welcome reception (May 6th). Hotel is not covered in registration fees. A number of presentations will be selected for short talks based on abstracts submissions (deadline March 29). Late abstract will be accepted for poster presentations only.
